Eliza Nowak

Eliza conducts Process Engineering Team as a Supervisor in 3M. Her responsibility covers molding and assembly processes on Personal Safety Division. She joined the company beginning of 2022 . Earlier she gained 20 years experience in automotive industry in different companies like WABCO, Autoliv, RECARO starting as a Quality Engineer responsible for suppliers, than customers, finishing as a Launch Manager for 10 years involved in change management and new products implementation to the serial production for OEM customers like SCANIA, MAN, RT. Within her role Eliza was leading multinational team cooperating with various functions. This role gave her chance to develop in leadership  what she uses on her current position.

Currently she is involved in the different 3M activities related to the Women in tech company  as Women Leadership Forum and Inspiring Girls Polska program.
