Bożena Botero-Leonik

Bozena is the Head of Competence Centre responsible for developing, maintaining, and attracting new talents to the Orsted IT organization.

Her passion is People Development based on building the trust-based relationship, inspiring others to perform at their best and encouraging them to pursue their dreams.

She is the professional mentor with the EMCC certification on the Practitioner level. In last years she cooperated with Foundation of Business Leaders and School of Business Mentors developing her mentoring skills in cooperation with over 200 mentors from different businesses in Poland.

She has the strong business background gained in Mars Incorporation when leading Regional/Global Multicultural Teams and Projects in areas of HR, Purchasing, Supply and R&D.
