Barbara Wiak

Barbara has worked in Customer Service, Banking and Human Resoures (HR) and is now a Technology professional with over twenty years of experience within international companies.

She has been a part Citi for sixteen years, including four years in Citi Technology Infrastructure (CTI) area. In her current occupation - EMEA Enterprise Command Center Head in Warsaw, she is responsible for ensuring 24x7 operational readiness for incidents that effect the Citi Technology Infrastructure including network, mainframe and distributed solutions (Windows, UNIX, Voice, End User Computing). Enterprise Command Centre is operating 24x7 through two Command Center sites (Dallas, USA and Warsaw, Poland) and other Centers of excellence.

Barbara holds a Master of Science in Social Science and Administration Degree from the Warsaw University of Technology. Privately she is a mother of two, keen on foodporn and medical thriller books.
