Beata Rutkowska

Beata has extensive knowledge in the Information Security field. She has specialized in the domain of Identity and Access Management for the last 15+ years. Beata has over 25 years of operations, technology and management experience with specific emphasis on compliance, risk management, solutions development and project management.

During her professional career, Beata has served in multiple technology and managerial roles, being responsible for systems administration, project management and operational activities.

Beata managed ID management operational teams in local and global structures.

In 2009 she was involved in building the new organization - Global ID Administration and process standardization, being in the line with Citibank regulations and standards. In July, 2013 she took over the responsibility on Global ID Management team building in Poland as the Global ID Administration - Poland Site Head. Within 2 years the team size increased from 60 to 120 people. To improve the effectiveness, Beata has led many innovative solutions in daily and enhancements to global systems.

Since 2019 Beata took the management of the team supporting Information Security Programs and processes in Citi.

Beata holds an Engineer Diploma from the Computer Science in Management of Warsaw University of Information Technology and Management.
