Izabela Wójcik

Started in State Street in 2011 at entry level position in Fund Accounting. After 3 years moved over to Alternative Investment Solutions to a standalone position of Management Information Coordinator & Project Leader. In 2016 became a Manager and started to grow Business Intelligence & Technology team focused on automation and development of business applications. In 2018 moved to Gdansk to grow teams there, originally from Krakow. In 2020 accepted onto 2-year leadership development program. Conducted 3 rotations in SSGA - Assets Stewardship team, GTS - CAO and AIS - Automation. In 2021 took on Transformation position in Hedge Fund Accounting - creating future operating model, overseeing core systems migrations, automation and management information reporting. Moved to GTS in 2023 to head small business application team and SEALs battalions
