Magdalena Fischer-Tobiasz

A leader with over a dozen years of professional experience in the financial services and IT services industries. EMCC accredited mentor with 8 years of mentoring experience.

She gained her competence and knowledge while implementing global projects in Scandinavian, German, Swiss and British markets in multinational corporations. As a team manager, she was mainly responsible for managing human capital and coordinating projects using agile methodologies such as Agile and Lean Management. She has been with Santander Group for more than four years, and her responsibilities include managing the IT team responsible for the Digitalization of the bank's HR area. 

One of her passions is the aforementioned mentoring, which she applies in her daily work, and also cooperates with a number of foundations that run mentoring programs.
