Agnieszka Kubiak

Agnieszka Kubiak joined to GSK almost two one years ago to support development of EHS products for vaccine factories as a Product Manager. She is now able to do what he enjoys most in her job working with and for the people, using technology as a tool to make every day work easier.

Agnieszka has over 10 years of experience as a people leader and the ability to build high performing teams.  She has 17 years of experience in banking, first as a programmer, then analyst, manager, and product owner with digitalization of treasury process and products, including bank merger and regulatory projects.  Agile Enthusiast & Practitioner (also in personal life). Certified Scrum Master, Product Owner and Coach, over 1 000 hours spent on Agile Trainings as a Trainer and over 200 sprints finished. Presenter on variety meetups and conferences.

In personal life, she is a mother of three for whom the balance between work and parenthood is a never-ending challenge.
