I am woman of action with can-do attitude, specialized in business and system transformations. I easily combine solution- and people-oriented management style to enable organization to navigate through the change and help associates to build awareness, desire, and capabilities to support the change.

I led various projects as Change Manager or Project Manager, among others:  Implementation of new Organizational Design, Implementation of IT solutions, System merges, SAP, Finance and HR processes transitions, implementation of Chief Talent Officer agenda and initiatives that shape organizational culture. As coach and mentor, I help people to live balanced life by sharing the knowledge how to manage personal energy and mental state. My everyday motivation is to help organization to create environment that supports self-development and enables growth.
