Michał Kołodziejczyk

Michał is a graduate of Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology, a TCP/IP network engineer and an M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence, specializing in genetic algorithms. He has over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, including over 21 years in programming. He is fascinated by system integration, blockchain, processes, Linux, microservices, automation and Agile. A business-oriented, incurable optimist. His professional path has been closely related to the financial industry (Raiffeisen Bank, Raiffeisen Leasing, Citibank Europe), starting from a programmer, rising through the ranks as a programmer lead, software architect, corporate architecture management team manager and IT department director. He also has 13 years of management of a small software house.

After hours, Michał is a passionate chess player, musical producer and glider.
