Sebastian Stankiewicz

Sebastian has been in the IT industry for 25 years. He kicked off his career as a Web Master and his later progression included working as a Project Manager, Application Administrator, Oracle Database Administrator, Region DBA Team Manager and a global Middleware Solutions Manager. Currently, Sebastian is responsible for the deployment of service improvement solutions used by Citi developers. He graduated from the Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology at Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies in Media Management at Kozminski University.

His motto is ‘passion determines quality’. He builds his engagement by partnership and making sure that every employee feels they have a major role in the team’s output and enjoys their tasks. In the past, Sebastian worked as a radio presenter and a website developer. He is a fan of music and plays a few instruments.
