Iryna Petrushenka

Started as a Software Engineer and worked with C++ stack for 6 years. The moment I joined N-able , I’ve got a lot of fascinating work on micro-services, CloudNative, and a lot of Architecture challenges, so that became a part of me. Having such broad interests and passion in Engineering, working alongside such driven individuals, gave me an opportunity to become a Team Lead with a focus on Technical and Project leadership. 

I am now an Engineering Manager with a great passion for empowering people in the team, product success and Engineering practices improvements. One of my goals is to build clear and strong connection between business and engineers, so that everyone is engaged and has an opportunity to bring up ideas and work effectively in both directions.

Currently some of my responsibilities include:
* People growth and development
* Hiring, onboarding and building teams 
* Being into complex Engineering Problems and Architecture
* Collaboration with Product function
* Leadership initiatives, improvements in different areas like DevOps, Testing, Automation, etc
* Creating Internal Communities of interest and support, e.g Testing, CloudNative communities
* and a lot more...
