Joanna Lukiewicz

I'm a Project Manager, a Scrum Master and a Leader of the NatWest Poland Women Network. Since 2007 I've been working in business process outsourcing in a highly digitalised Financial sector. Currently, I work in NatWest Bank, the largest retail bank in the UK.

I have experience in a number of roles, including communication, service management and people management. Over the last few years, I have been engaged in Technology projects as a Project Manager. I used to work with an Agile framework and cooperate with multicultural global teams.

My passion is to promote female development and potential. As a regional Leader of the NatWest Poland Women Network I take care of a large community of women in my organisation. I am an active mentor inside and outside NatWest. I am also a facilitator of # I am Remarkable workshops to help women boost their self-confidence.

I will be happy to help my mentees to show some practical aspects of managing projects in a global organisation. I am also happy to talk about career and personal development opportunities.

In my private life, I am a mom of 2 curious girls.
