Lene Byskov

Lene Byskov has years of experience with establishing and leading teams in innovation, user experience, agile and organisational change management. She specializes in the areas of leadership and people development. She has been with Ørsted for four years.

Prior to joining Ørsted, Lene worked for Apple Computer, held managerial positions at a Microsoft-bought ERP startup and at the IT department of a large Danish pensions company. She has spent her entire career working in, building and leading IT departments. Sometimes as the only woman in the room, and always as the only one with a different background than her technically educated peers, causing her focus to always be on the people and orchestration.

She holds a Master of Arts in International Business Communication from the Aarhus School of Business
