I'm an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader with over a decade of significant recruitment background in both outsourced models and in-house. Specialist in designing and implementing recruitment strategies and employer brand activities for organisations across various industries. 

As the Head of Talent Acquisition at SOFTSWISS, I am responsible for creating and implementing guidelines for hiring practices, working with stakeholders to advise on recruiting tactics, creating and guiding recruitment training initiatives and education policies as well as managing, training and developing a highly skilled team of recruiters. A big part of my job is to ensure SOFTSWISS' hiring strategy is fulfilled. 

My main specialties include team development, stakeholder management, leadership, negotiation skills, social recruitment, data analysis and practical & tactical workforce planning.
