Marta Wąsik

Marta is the Executive Engineering Manager for LEAP Engine at GE Aerospace with a decade and a half of professional experience in aviation engineering. She graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, faculty of Mechatronics, with a Master’s degree and then followed with a post graduate course in Project Management at Warsaw School of Economics. She began her career as a Services Engineer and later joined Edison Engineering Development Program for young engineers. Soon afterwards she took over her first team which started her journey through managerial roles of increasing responsibility.

Outside of work, Marta enjoys traveling with her family and competing in public races, especially in new places. She loves competition in every area, which makes her motivated to become better every day.
