Paulina Świątkiewicz

Paulina is Agile Trainer and certified Agile Coach in Credit Suisse. As a graduate of Ethnology and Cultural Anthropology she successfully connects non-technical background with work in technical environment. She has more than 10 years of experience in IT. She built her experience in multiple small software houses and Start-Ups where she was handling roles of Project Manager and Scrum Master. She joined Credit Suisse in 2014 to initially step into the role of Quality Engineer and build understanding of large organizations processes and structure. Since 2020 she supports teams and management in Agile transformation as Agile Coach and Agile trainer. She shows how to bring transparency and agile mindset to teams. She supports management in organizational changes. She leads Agile Community of Practice for EMEA region. She has trained over two thousand people from the topics of Scrum, Kanban, Leadership and Scaled Agile Frameworks. Helping people and observing how they grow and succeed is what motivates her the most.
