Suzana Schütt

Suzana is the Head of corporate HR IT department within Continental. She is acting as the IT partner and IT provider for Continental HR departments.

Suzana is driving together with her international team of more than 80 experts the company-wide implementation of most of the HR solutions and ensure the continuous optimization of applications strategy, IT portfolio, IT architecture and IT roadmap.Her team spirit and team collaboration is key.

Prior to joining Continental she was working at various companies as an assistant, consultant and project manager. Her leadership career has started within Continental. Suzana is holding a Bachelor of Economics from the Leibniz University in Hanover. She is committed to stay authentic, to inspire, to passionately believe in her team and create a great feedback culture.
