Karol has 10+ years of experience in the broad software engineering area as a seasoned development leader, action-oriented manager, and conference speaker.

Karol is responsible for scaling up and building a presence in Poland of Dropbox's Document Workflow Group. At Dropbox, Karol effectively leads his team with empathy and transparency. Before joining Dropbox, he was Senior Engineering Manager at WPEngine, accountable for engineering growth and presence in Poland.  

Karol holds an MBA from Franklin University, USA, and has PMI, PMI-ACP, Prince2, AgilePM Certification.
