She has spent 12 years in the most sustainable manufacturing/software company in the world, a digital leader in energy management and industrial automation.

Graduated from University of Warsaw, Małgorzata developed her career in Human Resources: from training services, through learning and development, to employer branding. She has spent two years on international assignment in France, managing Schneider Electric global employer brand in social media.

She is currently working in Schneider Electric Digital Communications Team, leading communications on digital transformation and artificial intelligence topics.

She is an experienced soft skills trainer, passionate about sustainability, diversity, equity and inclusion, as well as innovation and digital transformation.
