Anna Tyranska

A Talent Acquisition Technology Expert, Anna leads Global TA Technology & Operations at Hitachi Vantara. A champion for efficient and effective processes and a systems expert, Anna is passionate about delivering an excellent experience for candidates and team members. 

Anna has over 10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition & Management, Product Ownership, Project, and Change Management. Anna has been partnering with TA software organizations, delivering complex enterprise-wide implementations what helps her look at the user journeys from a different lens.  Curious, inquisitive and passionate about improving user experience through innovation and technology, Anna leads with a design thinking approach, always putting the user at the heart.

A passionate advocate for change and continuous improvement, Anna works with multiple universities in Poland, sharing her knowledge and helping build others.

Outside of work Anna lives in Poland, loves to travel, read and learn new things, she always has a new project on the go and is currently learning to code and play the piano.
