Maya Bartoshevska

Maya Bartoshevska, currently working as a Project Lead and Quality Manager, is responsible for ensuring the quality of IT Services and successful management of IT Projects in the area of eCommerce, Fleet Solutions and Data Science at Continental Tires. It is her desire to encourage more woman to join IT and to empower them to more self-awareness and not being afraid to embrace their authenticity. 

Maya has started her career at Continental back in 2013. Over the years, her strengths at project and stakeholder management have garnered more recognition and she became responsible for global project management governance at Continental Tires IT, where she coached fresh Project Managers and worked in various projects until end of 2021.

Before joining the Continental family she has graduated and possesses bachelor degree in Linguistics from the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding from her homeland Ukraine and bachelor degree from Hanover University of Applied Sciences and Arts in the area of Information Management. 

When she is not leading projects and supporting IT service management, Maya is an avid yogi and loves spending time travelling, painting, reading and baking.
