Paulina Kowalke

Paulina is an accomplished leader, experienced in successfully overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion. Her background includes managing international initiatives across Europe, East & West Africa, and collaborating with geographically dispersed teams. She specializes in developing impactful programs with a strong emphasis on social issues, such as implementing effective employability strategies for Kenyan students, redesigning English social enterprise, and youth entrepreneurship programme in the Gambia. Paulina possesses expertise in process optimization, design thinking, and leadership development, having completed the On Purpose London Leadership Programme and earned certification from IDEO.org in human-centered design. She actively contributes as a mentor and coach. Recently, Paulina has been actively engaged in driving equality, diversity, and inclusion practices at Social Tech Trust, while also delving into the transformative potential of investment to address systemic challenges and marginalization.
