Katarzyna Mikusek

I have more than 15 years of professional experience in talent attraction, employer branding, career
planning and self-development. I used to work at McKinsey & Company and Kearney. In my last role I
was managing recruiting at top European MBA schools: INSEAD, Oxford, Cambridge, LBS, IESE and
IMD.
Throughout my career at strategy consulting firms I held different positions and responsibilities
always within Recruiting/Talent Management. I worked with candidates from around the world,
helping each and every of them to build their careers and to find the right growth/development
paths.
My greatest area of focus is Diversity & Inclusion. I supported hundreds of women in building and
shaping their leadership skills. Over the course of last 5 years I had a privilege to run more than 50
trainings dedicated to women
