Nezha Alaoui

Nezha's 15 years of professional journey in the US, drives her management style and efficient methods. She has grown an international network of global key CEO's, leaders, entrepreneurs and a community of 2,6 Million on her social media, which makes her a PR force and a great Ambassador for the initiatives she represents. Awarded and recognized internationally for her work in women's empowerment, social entrepreneurship and innovation, she has been attending regular Harvard Business School Executive programs to reinforce her growing expertise. Her experience with both For Profit and Non-Profit establishments allows Nezha to provide the organizations she works with and their teams the expertise, tools and partnerships to support in the implementation of strategies aligned with the 2030 Agenda of Sustainable Development Goals.

Nezha counts more than 12 years of experience in supporting the development and implementation of women's empowerment initiatives in USA, FRANCE and MENA region. She launched her career with the United Nations in 2011 and has been since working with companies, brands and institutions in advancing their gender equality agenda with a strong hold on supporting women's financial independence, through leadership programs, capacity building, career and business development trainings. She works hand in hand with CEO'S, Heads of Diversity and Inclusion, HR and Marketing departments to reinforce their women's strategy. She also helped multinational businesses addressing their market penetration challenges by implementing for them impact driven initiatives.
